Wavy Linen ship worldwide!
Most of our clothes are made-to-order and their production time currently is 2-5 business days. Delivery time is calculated from the day the post courier takes the package.
We appreciate you for choosing our production, so we guarantee to make it possible for you to get it wherever you are.
Our default free shipping way is Registered Priority AirMail by Post with the tracking number provided. Postal shipping is always free and for you to get your dispatch usually will take from 5 business days to 5 weeks. Only in Lithuania it takes a shorter period of time between 1-3 business days, as it is the country of out location.
If you are eager to get your items as soon as possible, we offer you to choose the option of express shipping DHL/DPD/Fedex ( the exact courier depends on the delivery address).
NOTE: if you order over 250 EUR, express shipping for you is free!
Duties and Taxes:
All orders are cut, sewn, prepared and shipped from our studio in Lithuania (European Union). Within the European Union, no duties or taxes will apply.
Once the delivery reaches its destination, sometimes customs and/or import duties are applied for international shipments outside the European Union. We would like to inform you in advance, that such taxes are responsibilities of the buyer, or the addressee(if you order and send items for somebody else). Wavy Linen has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be. To avoid uncertainty, we recommend you to find out everything you need about your country’s import duties, before you place an order. You can contact your local customs office or look at their website for more information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope and seek to meet your expectations, but we are flexible and understand that anything can happen.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
We will accept your return gladly if:
* You contact us in 14 days after delivery about your intention to return your order;
* The item you have sent us back is in perfect condition, with attached labels and original packaging;
IMPORTANT:
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping expenses of return process;
- Wavy Linen is responsible for the shipping expenses of return process in case an item you are not satisfied with has an obvious defect of production process;
- We do not exchange or accept returns of personalized orders, face masks, fabric samples.
- We do not take responsibility for the item lost during the delivery process, as it is mainly the fault of third parties – postal services or delivery companies.
- Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
- Unfortunayely, at the moment we do not offer exchanges. In order to exchange an item you should first return it, and afterwards place a new order.
HOW TO SEND BACK AN ITEM?
First of all, fill out the WL-return-22 form accurately: provide all the information required correctly: your full name, email address, order number, the reason for return.
Then, choose any carrier you want. However, we recommend obtaining a tracking number, because items lost in delivery process are not eligible for a refund.
