ORDERS SHIPPING AND TRACKING

All orders are cut, sewn, prepared, and shipped from our studio in Lithuania (European Union). No duties or taxes will apply within the European Union.

Once the delivery reaches its destination, sometimes customs and/or import duties are applied for international shipments outside the European Union. We would like to inform you in advance that such taxes are the responsibility of the buyer or the addressee(if you order and send items for somebody else). Wavy Linen has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be. To avoid uncertainty, we recommend you find out everything you need about your country’s import duties before you place an order. You can contact your local customs office or look at their website for more information.

If a customer declines to pay the fees and consequently does not retrieve their order, the cost of the fees may be deducted from the refund for their order.

To make changes to an existing order, please email us at care@wavylinen.com. We apologize, but we cannot make changes to already customized orders or already shipped items.

We ship worldwide by Lithuanian Postal service and Express DHL/DPD/UPS services. More information about the prices and terms related to shipping can be found in the section Shipping & Returns

Shipping by Post is free for all orders above 70€ . It‘s made through Registered Priority AirMail Post with the tracking number provided. Express delivery is free for all orders above 200€. For more information, please read the Shipping and Returns section

At the moment, it takes up to 4 days to prepare your order for shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope and seek to meet your expectations, but we are flexible and understand that anything can happen.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or received the wrong product, we will gladly take it back or exchange it for another item. We do not exchange or accept returns on customized garments, gift cards, or fabric samples.

Every woman is unique and charming in her own way. Wavy Linen wants you to look your best wearing its production. To serve this mission we are willing to adapt the design specially to your personal needs, if only it is possible due to its features. Usually we can:
• Add length to a garment
• Make a garment shorter
• Add length to the sleeves
• Make the sleeves shorter
• Make garment to fit your measurements

If you have any difficulty choosing the right size, don‘t hesitate to reach out to us at care@wavylinen.com. We understand the importance of the best fit and are always willing to help.

If you are unsure about your head size, you can measure it accurately using a flexible tape measure (cloth/plastic). To ensure that you get the correct measurement, place the tape measure over the middle of your forehead, just above your ears, and rest it midway at the back of your head. Do not pull the tape too tightly unless you want your hat to fit snugly. It is recommended that you measure your head a few times to be as precise as possible. If you do not have a flexible tape measure, you can use a piece of string, although this method may not be as accurate. Once you have measured your head’s circumference and marked the string, lay it flat and measure it to get the precise measurement.

If you have questions about the color or wish to touch the fabrics before you place an order, I recommend exploring our color range first.
The linen fabric samples package includes all the colors we currently have and is ready to ship. It can be added to your current order for free.
