Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping. Most of our garments are made to order, with a production time of 2–7 business days. Delivery time counts once the carrier picks up your package. We guarantee delivery to all locations except Russia.
We offer standard and express shipping:
- Standard shipping: Available via National Registered Post Service or DPD/FedEx Courier
- Express delivery: If you need your order urgently, we offer express shipping through FedEx or DPD (courier choice depends on the delivery address).
Duties & Taxes
- Orders are shipped from our studio in Lithuania (EU).
- No additional duties or taxes apply for EU orders.
- For international orders, customs/import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before purchasing.
- If you refuse to pay customs fees and do not collect your package, any associated costs may be deducted from your refund.

- For orders below 150 EUR / USD / GBP: Shipping fee ranges from 5€ to 15€ (not applicable within Lithuania)
- FedEx/DPD Courier shipping:
- 10€ to 30€ for orders below 200 EUR / USD / GBP
- Free for orders over 200 EUR / USD / GBP

RETURNS
Return & Refund Policy
We aim to meet your expectations, but we understand that situations may change. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
We will gladly accept your return if:
– You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
– The item is in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in its original packaging.
– The item has not been customized or personalized.
Important Information
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
- Defective Items: If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/customized items and fabric samples cannot be returned.
- Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
- Refund Method: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
How to Return an Item
- Fill out the WL-return-25 form, providing your full name, email address, order number, and reason for return/exchange.
- Choose a shipping carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
